Phone Agent

Never miss a call.
AI answers in your voice

Every unanswered call is a customer who calls someone else. Phone Agent picks up on the first ring, day, night, weekend, holiday, peak, understands what the caller wants, does something about it, and writes the record before the line drops.

The problem

The calls you miss cost more
than the calls you take

Most businesses answer well between 9 and 5 on a normal Tuesday. The rest of the time, evenings, lunch, sick days, launch week, the Monday after a holiday, the phone rings out. Those callers do not leave a voicemail. They call the next result on the page.

Answered on the first ring

No queue, no hold music, no “press 1 for…”. Concurrency is elastic, so the hundredth simultaneous caller waits exactly as long as the first: not at all.

Speaks the caller's language

32+ locales with dialect and register awareness. It hears Levantine and answers Levantine, hears Hebrew-English code-switching and keeps up, and gets gender agreement right instead of guessing.

Acts, not just talks

Checks availability, books the slot, looks up the order, opens the ticket, sends the confirmation. An agent that only takes messages is a more expensive voicemail.

Warm transfer with context

When it hands over, the human gets a written summary of the conversation so far. The caller does not start again from the beginning, the single thing customers hate most about phone support.

Keeps your number and your telephony

Connects over your existing SIP trunk or carrier, Twilio, Vonage, Genesys, Avaya, Asterisk, or a native PSTN line. Nothing is ripped out.

Recorded, redacted, auditable

Full transcript, structured outcome, redaction at capture, configurable retention. Every action the agent takes is logged, so a disputed call is a query, not an investigation.

How it works

Four steps to a phone
that always gets answered

Integration is the critical path, not the model. Everything below is scoped in week one and measured against your own baseline.

Point the number

Forward the line or connect the SIP trunk. Your number, your carrier, your caller ID, unchanged.

Feed it your knowledge

Pricing, availability, policies, opening hours, the twelve questions everyone asks. Documents, a CRM connection, or both.

Set the escalation rules

Who gets transferred, when, and to whom. By topic, sentiment, value, time of day, or on request.

Go live and measure

Start on one call type, compare against your pre-deployment baseline, then widen once the number holds.

  • Answers on the first ring, at any concurrency
  • Barge-in supported, callers can interrupt mid-sentence
  • Warm transfer with a written summary for the human
  • Writes structured outcomes to your CRM, helpdesk or ERP
  • Outbound callbacks, reminders and no-show recovery
  • Cloud, private VPC or fully on-premise deployment

Integrations

It plugs into the stack
you already run

Telephony in, business systems out. If it has an API, a database or a SIP endpoint, it is in scope.

Telephony

Twilio, Vonage, Genesys, Avaya, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, native SIP trunks and direct PSTN. WebRTC for in-app and web calling.

CRM & helpdesk

Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, Monday, or AI Native CRM, where the mapping maintains itself.

Operational systems

ERP, WMS, booking and scheduling engines, ticketing and payment systems. The agent reads live state instead of reciting a script.

FAQ

Phone Agent questions

Straight answers. Anything missing? Write to Sales@or-on.io.

No. You keep the number you have. We connect over your existing SIP trunk or forward the line to us, most customers are routing live traffic within a day of the telephony call, and callers never see a different number.

It transfers. Warm transfer means the human picks up with a written summary of what was already said, so the caller never repeats themselves. You set the escalation rules: by topic, by sentiment, by value, by time of day, or on explicit request for a human.

Word accuracy is 97% on production telephony audio, noisy, accented, codec-compressed, the real thing. Barge-in is supported, so a caller can interrupt mid-sentence and the agent stops and listens, the way a person would.

32+ locales in production, with Hebrew, Arabic, English and French tuned deepest. Language matters less than locale: Levantine Arabic is not Gulf Arabic, and an agent that ignores that sounds foreign. We cover dialect, register and gender agreement, not just vocabulary.

Yes, callbacks, reminders, renewals, no-show recovery and follow-up sequences. Outbound is subject to local consent and calling-hours rules, which we configure per market during scoping.

Caller identity, intent, outcome, the structured fields you specify and the transcript. It writes into your CRM, helpdesk or ERP through our integration layer, or into AI Native CRM if you would rather not maintain the mapping at all.

You choose. Cloud, your own VPC, or fully on-premise with nothing leaving your network. Recordings can be redacted at capture, retention is configurable per field, and every action the agent takes is logged for audit.

Six weeks is the median from scoping call to production traffic, and integration is almost always the critical path, not the model. Pilots start on a single number and one call type so you get a measurable number before you widen it.
