Government & Public Sector

Every citizen answered,
in their language

Public services fail quietly at the phone line: peak-hour abandonment, minority languages unserved after office hours, dispatchers typing while someone is in trouble. OrOn deploys entirely inside your perimeter, no data leaves your jurisdiction, ever.

Where it changes service levels

Capacity that does not
depend on headcount

Citizen demand spikes on policy deadlines, weather events and benefit cycles. Staffing cannot flex that fast. The agent can.

Citizen intake and status

Applications, status lookups, document requirements, appointment booking and case creation, handled by voice without a menu tree.

Genuine multilingual service

Minority-language callers get the same service at 22:00 as at 10:00, without an interpreter queue. Five languages on one line is a common configuration.

Emergency intake assistance

A live-listening agent extracts location, incident type and severity as the call happens, pre-filling the dispatch record so the dispatcher can think instead of type.

Sovereign by construction

Fully on-premise deployment on your hardware. No external network calls, no third-party cloud, no cross-border data transfer.

Human always in the loop

For emergency and enforcement contexts the agent assists and never decides. The human operator retains full control at every step.

Complete audit trail

Every conversation turn logged immutably with timestamps and confidence scores, for oversight, FOI and public accountability.

How it works

Deployment inside your perimeter

Procurement-friendly, air-gap capable, no dependency on a foreign cloud region.

Assess

We review call volumes, language mix, abandonment data and the legal constraints on your data.

Install

The full stack is installed on your hardware, inside your network, with no outbound dependencies.

Tune

Agents are trained on your own call recordings and terminology, with your legal team reviewing the scripts.

Operate

Supervised rollout, then production, with your staff owning monitoring and escalation.

  • Air-gap capable, no external network calls required
  • Data residency guaranteed by architecture, not by contract
  • Human-in-the-loop mandatory for emergency and enforcement use
  • Immutable audit log for oversight and FOI requests
  • Accessible by design for elderly and disabled callers
  • Runs on standard GPU hardware you already procure

“The scenarios and the recordings look more realistic than the real thing.”

Yes. The full stack, speech recognition, reasoning, synthesis, runs on your own GPU hardware inside your network. Air-gapped deployments are supported and are the standard configuration for defence and emergency services customers.

You are, which is why the scripts, boundaries and escalation rules are authored and approved by your legal and policy teams before go-live. The agent operates inside those boundaries and every turn is logged for review.

As an assistant to the dispatcher, never as a replacement. It listens live, extracts location, incident type and severity into the dispatch record, and flags priority. The human dispatcher retains full control of the call and the dispatch decision.

Voice is often the most accessible channel for elderly callers and people with visual impairments or low digital literacy. The agent has no menu navigation, no time limits and no keypad requirement, and callers can request a human at any point.

On-premise deployment is licensed annually on standard government terms, running on hardware you procure through existing channels. We support tender documentation, security review and pilot-before-commit structures.
